The ExpoBee™ Service

The ExpoBee service supports and enhances the actual encounter of the buyer with products and suppliers on the fair grounds and beyond.

The service is made up of 3 elements

Digital Badge

• Worn around the neck as a standard exhibition ID badge, with one click at the exhibition the buyer scans any ExpoBee tag that is attached to a displayed product. The badge automatically logs all the information about the product the buyer is seeing and touching, in his native language, without the need for discussions with the seller in a busy fair environment. If the buyer wants to take some notes regarding a particular product, a message he records on the badge will be directly associated with that product. While visiting the show, the buyer receives recommendations from the system based on his preferences, profile and history, thus optimizing the show experience.

Exhibition Kiosks

• After visiting a number of booths the visitor can visit one of the many ExpoBee Kiosks located on the show premises to review and manage all selections made so far, print out a report, burn a CD or simply conduct additional searches to identify some more potential vendors he might want to visit.

ExpoBee Portal (this site)

• The ExpoBee.com portal is a one stop shop for buyers and suppliers to manage all their exhibition related affairs in one convenient place. Suppliers can register for shows, update their profile, add additional products, and enjoy multilingual communication with potential buyers. They can also view their entire activity history and follow up on leads. Buyers access ExpoBee.com to manage their account, pinpoint specific suppliers to request a meeting, access comprehensive information about suppliers they are interested in and even take a virtual tour of their factory. Other features include viewing e-wallet transactions, creating e-catalogs for dispatch, and the ability to compare their selections with other products. Best of all buyers can also use the portal to search for interesting fairs, and connect with vendors they have never met in a friendly, multilingual environment.
