ExpoBee Portal and ExpoBee™ System are currently available as a beta version only. "beta version" means, among other things that ExpoBee Portal and ExpoBee™ System are still undergoing testing and debugging. Therefore, ExpoBee specifically represents that it cannot guarantee that ExpoBee Portal and ExpoBee™ System will function properly and continuously and will not be disrupted, cause damage or be free of bugs. Being a 'beta version' client does not entitle you to any preferred customer rights, or any other rights not specifically granted and/or stated in the Terms.
ExpoBee Inc. ("ExpoBee") respects your privacy and is fully committed to protecting the personal information that you share with it. ExpoBee believes that the users of ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System have the full right to know its policies and practices regarding the information it collects while visiting and using ExpoBee Portal at the address www.expobee.com "ExpoBee Portal"). The guidelines contained herein (the "Privacy Policy") apply only to ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System and it is not applicable for any other business which ExpoBee may have.

The Information ExpoBee Collects
Non-Personal Information: ExpoBee collects non-personal and non-identifiable information ("Non-Personal Information") from the users of ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System. "Non-Personal Information" is an unconcealed information which is available to ExpoBee while users are using ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System. A Non-Personal Information may contain information regarding the type of browsing system and operating system, the screen resolution and alike.
Personal Information: ExpoBee collects personal information provided consciously and voluntarily by users of ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System during the creation of an Account (as such term is defined in the Terms of Use) and while regularly using ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System. "Personal Information” means individually identifiable information such as the name, telephone number, email address, financial information, information Suppliers (as these terms are defined in the Terms of Use) include in their e-catalog, such as information regarding their products and manufacturing facilities, and other information collected during your use of ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System. For example, information about the products potential Buyers (as these terms are defined in the Terms of Use) are interested in, the content of any communication between Suppliers and Buyers, information gathers during trade shows through the use of the ExpoBee™ System.
The Use of the Information Collected
Non-Personal Information: ExpoBee may use Non-Personal Information for customization and improvement of ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System and for statistical purposes.
Personal Information: ExpoBee may use the Personal Information it collects for the following purposes: (i) providing users of ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System with all services included in ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System; (ii) providing support service as detailed in the Terms of Use; (iii) providing targeted marketing material, service update notices, and promotional offers.
Disclosure of Personal Information to Third Parties
ExpoBee will not share or disclose any information it collects with any other party, except in the following cases: (a) you gave your explicit consent for such disclosure prior to the disclosure; (b) sharing and disclosing Personal Information is required in order to provide you with all the service functions offered via ExpoBee Portal or ExpoBee™ System; or (c) the disclosure of information is required by law or by a court order. For avoidance of doubt, ExpoBee may transfer Non-personal Information to third-parties at its own discretion.
Editing Registration Data
You may review and edit the information input by you when registering with ExpoBee Portal by using your username and password. If you cancel your Account, you may also have such registration data deleted from ExpoBee's database by sending your request to support@ExpoBee.com. However, you should be aware that once posted, you cannot change or remove any public postings made to ExpoBee Portal. You should also be aware that even if you delete your registration data, there may remain residual information that will remain within ExpoBee's databases, access logs and/or other records, which may or may not contain Personal Information.
Cookies
While using the ExpoBee Portal ExpoBee may use industry-wide technology called "Cookies" which store certain information on your computer. Cookies are small text files that can be retrieved only by the website that created them. Most Internet browsers will allow you to erase Cookies from your computer, block the acceptance of Cookies, or receive a warning before a cookie is stored. ExpoBee takes great care in implementing and maintaining the security of your Personal Information. ExpoBee employs industry standard procedures and policies to ensure the safety of its users' information, and prevent unauthorized use of any such information. However, ExpoBee does not guarantee that unauthorized access will never occur.
Third Party Sites
While using the ExpoBee Portal you may encounter links to websites that are not a part of ExpoBee Portal ("Third Party Sites"). These sites are independent sites, and ExpoBee assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for them with regard to privacy matters or any other legal matter. ExpoBee encourages you to carefully read the privacy policies of the Third Party Sites.
Subordination to the User Agreement
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into and subject to the Terms of Use as an integral part thereof; in case of a contradiction between any provision of the Terms and this Privacy Policy the provisions of the Terms of service shall prevail.
